What it does
Three replacement filters for the 2.5 L water fountain that comes with both Willow & Paw feeder sets. Each filter cleans the water in three stages, so it stays fresh and your pet keeps drinking.
Change the filter every 2 to 4 weeks, sooner in a home with several pets. One pack lasts up to three months.
- Three stages of filtering
- A dense cotton mesh catches hair, dust and bits of food. Ion exchange resin softens tap water, which helps keep limescale off the pump. Activated carbon takes out chlorine and odours for a fresher taste.
- The right fit
- Made for the fountain in the Smart Feeder & Fountain Set and the Feeder & Fountain Kit with Camera, so the filter seals properly and the water keeps flowing as it should.
- Fresh water, more drinking
- Cats and dogs drink more readily when their water is clean and fresh-tasting.

Care and maintenance
- Before first use, soak the filter in a clean bowl of cold water for 5 minutes, then rinse it under cold running water for at least 60 seconds. This washes away loose carbon dust.
- Replace the filter every 2 to 4 weeks, closer to 2 weeks in a home with several pets.
- Clean the fountain's pump once a week.
