What it does

Keep your cat or small dog fed and watered on schedule, even on long days out. This kit pairs a 4.5 L smart feeder with a 2.5 L water fountain and a stainless steel bowl.

Plan up to 10 meals a day in the Smart Life or Tuya Smart app, and use the 2K camera on the front of the feeder to watch mealtimes and talk to your pet from your phone. If the power goes off, three D batteries (not included) keep scheduled meals going.

Meals on schedule
Plan up to 10 meals a day in the Smart Life or Tuya Smart app, with up to 10 portions per meal. Each portion is about 12 g of dry food, for kibble from 5 to 15 mm.
Check in from anywhere
Watch live from the 2K camera, talk to your pet through the feeder, and take screenshots or record video in the app. You can also feed a meal from the video screen.
Your voice at mealtimes
Record a short message, about 10 seconds, to call your pet when food is served.
Fresh food and water
A sealed lid with a desiccant box keeps kibble dry. The 2.5 L fountain filters water through replaceable filter cotton, the pump is protected if the water runs low,, and its light turns red when the water is low.
Keeps going in a power cut
With three D batteries fitted as backup, scheduled meals still go out. Wi-Fi and the camera pause until mains power returns.
Tells you when something's wrong
The app alerts you to a food blockage, low food or a motor fault, and the feeder's light flashes red.

Care and maintenance

  • Unplug the feeder and take out the batteries before cleaning.
  • Rinse the food bucket, three-leaf rotor and dispensing rotor in clean water, with no abrasive scrubbers, and let them dry fully before refitting.
  • Wipe the main unit with a damp, well wrung-out cloth. Never put the base in water.
  • Replace the desiccant once a month, and the rotor assembly once a year.
  • Clean the fountain's pump once a week and replace its filter cotton once a month.

Safety

For cats and small dogs, with dry food only. Not suitable for kittens, puppies, or pets that can't reach the food tray. Stand the feeder on a level surface indoors, against a wall, away from direct sunlight and damp, and not up high. Keep the power cord out of walkways and away from chewing pets; a cord protector adds extra safety. Don't put anything on top of the feeder. Check regularly that food is dispensing properly, and fit fresh batteries before leaving your pet for a long time. Keep packaging away from children and pets.
