Recycling electricals
Last updated 5 October 2026
Our feeders, fountains, air purifier and grooming kit are electrical products. They carry the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol, which means they mustn't go in your household rubbish when they reach the end of their life: they contain materials that can be recovered, and some that can harm the environment.
Free ways to recycle
- Take them to your council's household waste recycling centre. Find your nearest at recycleyourelectricals.org.uk.
- Many large shops take back small electricals for free, even if you didn't buy them there.
Taking back your old electricals
When you buy a new electrical product from us, we'll take back your old one of the same kind free of charge, within 28 days of your purchase. Email contact@willowandpaw.co.uk with your order number and we'll arrange it.
Take any batteries out before recycling a product, and recycle them separately at a battery collection point.
