Delivery

Delivery is free to UK mainland addresses, whatever you order.

When your order arrives

• Order by 8 pm, Monday to Friday, and we dispatch it the next working day.
• Orders placed after 8 pm on Friday, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are dispatched on the next working day after that.
• Delivery usually takes 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.

We email you when your order is on its way, with the courier's tracking link. We use Royal Mail, Evri, InPost or DPD, depending on the parcel.

Where we deliver

We deliver to UK mainland addresses only for now. At checkout we can't accept postcodes in these areas:

• Northern Ireland (BT)
• The Isle of Man (IM) and the Channel Islands (GY, JE)
• The Scottish islands and parts of the Highlands: HS, ZE, KW, IV; AB30 to AB38 and AB44 to AB56; FK17 to FK99; G83; KA27 and KA28; PA20 to PA49 and PA60 to PA78; PH4 to PH44, PH49 and PH50
• The Isle of Wight (PO30 to PO41) and the Isles of Scilly (TR21 to TR25)

If something goes wrong

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and we'll put it right. The goods are our responsibility until they reach you. For returns, see returns and refunds.
